Saratoga Hospital expansion, Park Place/Congress Park on City Council agenda Tuesday

Tuesday at City Hall at 5 p.m. a workshop will focus on a comprehensive emergency plan, and 6:50 p.m. public hearing on the proposed Saratoga expansion plan (specifically the PUD) will precede the 7 p.m. City Council meeting. A discussion will take place about the Saratoga Hospital expansion during Mayor Joanne Yepsen’s agenda, and later in the evening DPW Commissioner Anthony “Skip” Scirocco will provide an update on Park Place condominiums/ Congress Park - presumably involving an easement sought by Bonacio Construction from the city on a piece of Congress Park that the company may have encroached upon while building the condominiums.
