City Council Sets Agenda for Monday morning/ Tuesday night meet

A pre-council meeting will be held 9:30 a.m. Monday at City Hall. Here are highlights listed as part of the pre-agenda. Times relate to the full city Council meeting, which will take place Tuesday night. Public Hearing 1: 6:45 p.m. - Amend Chapter 225 Article IX Section 225-69 - Scheduel IV - Speed Limits Outside Tax District.

Public Hearing 2 – 6:50 p.m. - Amend Chapter 225 Article IX Section 225-79 - Schedule XIV - Trucks Over Certain Limits Excluded

Public Hearing 3 – 6:55 p.m. - Amend Chapter 201 to Change Name of Marvin Alley to Livery Lane

Council Meeting begins 7 p.m. with a 15-minute Public Comment section, followed by a presentation by the Solar Committee, and an Executive Session regarding potential litigation related to property located at 100 Geyser Road.
